So it’s been about a month and I’ve managed to do 6 proper days of stretching. This is obviousl no good. I will reconsider and restrategise because this isnt going anywhere. Besides the fact, heres what I did today:
– sun salutations – slow
– warrior and pigeon poses
– Indian squat with round back
– frog stretch
– frog one leg straight with medicine ball
– full middle split for a min
Yesterday I managed to do a wall stretch for 15min, it was torture but it really feels like progress each time. My motivation is sinking, I need to innovate on how to stretch more often… will think, will return.
